Group play is organized into age, temperament, size and play style categories. We are always supervising to ensure that each dog is enjoying his/her experience to the fullest. Groups are rotated in and out throughout the day. We determine if your dog prefers a single best bud or a group of new exciting friends.

For dogs that prefer playing with a human, we have a wide array of activities to keep your canine pal entertained. From exciting search courses to a good game of fetch with all the best toys in our full sized gym, will choose activities that we think your dog will enjoy the most. Our goal is to give your dog his/her best day!

Safety is number one at Shannoncourt.

Small dogs do not cross paths with large dogs while staying at our resort. Small dogs have their own designated park, playroom, and suites. Small dogs can enjoy cuddle time on our couches, running and playing with small friends in the dog park or resting in a warm and cozy suite.

The large dog section has a 6ft tall fenced park (nearly an acre), a full gym equipped with agility obstacles, and large individual suites for rest times. Large dogs will enjoy wrestling with big buddies or individual time with an Animal Care Technician playing fetch, scent games, or running an obstacle course.

Both the large dog section and small dog section have their own attached playrooms and outdoor parks.

Please note:
If your dog is an adult dog (over 8 months old) and does not have experience in a dog daycare or puppy class environment, we will choose enrichment and one on one activities instead of group play for safety reasons. Some exceptions are made.
