Our state-of-the-art resort is custom designed to meet and exceed all kennel industry standards for boarding, grooming, doggie day care and training. Our trained and caring staff members are the best in the business – providing unparalleled customer service, animal expertise and peace-of-mind 24-hours per day.

Our hand picked staff have a love of animals, strong communication skills and an education in the animal field. This job is not a hobby for our staff, it’s a career choice. We have Veterinary Assistants, Groomers, Veterinary Technicians, and Certified Dog Trainers on staff. It’s important to us that all staff members know what they are doing but also LOVE what they are doing! We think we have the best, most dedicated staff we could ever ask for!

Over the past few decades at Shannoncourt we have been learning from top industry leaders through seminars and workshops around the world. We have been to Orlando Florida twice, Hershey Pennsylvania, Oakland California, Manchester New Hampshire and have attended several courses in Ottawa and Toronto to name a few.  We are thirsty to learn all we can about canine behaviour, grooming and best practices in pet hotels and dog daycares. We are committed to continuing education and we even have our own, in house, three year educational program for our staff.
