Victoria Stilwell Seminar Registration

RELEASE AGREEMENT For my Pet at the “Inside Your Dog’s Mind” Victoria Stilwell Seminar on April 30th, 2016 at the Cornwall Civic Complex.

I wish to bring my dog(s) into a pet seminar produced by Victoria Stilwell (hereafter referred to as the “event”).
I agree to the following: I acknowledge that my pet is up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, is not of an aggressive nature, is not in heat and, to the best of my knowledge, is free from any contagious diseases or conditions that would make it a danger to any participant, spectator or other individual.
Without exception, I accept full financial responsibility for any damage(s) to persons or properties as a result of my pet’s actions at this event.
I also understand that Shannoncourt Pet Care, Ar’ful Good and Victoria Stilwell Inc, it’s employees, owners, members, managers, officers, volunteers and representatives and any other individuals or professional entities involved with the production of this event, reserves the right to refuse admittance to any unruly, aggressive, unsuitable or blatantly ill pets. In addition, I also know that my pet may be asked to leave the event if it displays behaviors that are deemed to be disruptive or dangerous.
In short, I affirm that I am the ONLY one responsible for my pet and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless any other person, company or organization from any liability resulting from my pet’s attendance at this event.
I understand that in Ontario pit bull terriers, staffordshire bullterriers and american staffordshire terriers and their mixes are banned. (please note that the affiliated companies do not agree with this law but are unfortunately bound to it).

Please note: Due to regulations set forth by the Cornwall Civic Complex pertaining to food and pets in the same room, dogs (with the exception of service dogs) are not permitted in the conference room since this same room will be used to serve the lunch buffet. Dogs will be kept in crates adjacent to the room where the seminar is being held. The owner is responsible for providing a crate. The dogs will be supervised by a staff member throughout the day. Owners are permitted to take their dogs out during breaks and lunch. If you would prefer to keep your dog at Shannoncourt Pet Care for daycare during the seminar please call 613-528-1262 to book.
